The cornerstone of our technology is our Personnel
system. Our system allows us to hold all of
the information you need about your employees.
It is highly extensible, so if you need to add
further information the system will easily
accommodate it. But, there's no point in
storing lots of information if you can't access it
— our Personnel system has a huge range of standard
reports as well as facilities to create additional
reports, so we can be sure of satisfying your
information needs. There is also an
integrated Payroll system, which allows us to offer
a managed Payroll service to our clients. If you're one of
our Northern Ireland clients, the Personnel system
allows us to produce your Fair Employment Returns
quickly and accurately.
We've used Internet technology to give you
access to personnel documents. These documents might be
specific to your organisation, such as your own
employee handbook, or they might be of general
interest to our clients, such as How To guides for
managers or articles on recent changes in
legislation. The advantage of holding these
on the Internet is that they are always available
to line managers and, unlike a paper copy, you can
be sure that they are constantly updated. It's just
like having your own HR Intranet!
We use specially designed software to look after
key aspects of the service, such as ensuring that
we respond to your calls to our help line in a
timely manner. All of the requests for
information we receive are logged, whether you
contact us by phone, e-mail or through our web
site. We can see at a glance what requests
are outstanding, and when you need a response.
Our in-house systems run on a state of the art
PC network, using the same standard software used
by much larger organisations. Our systems
have been designed with reliability and resilience
in mind, so that we always have tools available to
help you when you need it.
We are also very much aware of the trust our
clients place in us in the form of the information
we hold on your behalf. Our heritage of HR
consultancy means that we are accustomed to working
with confidential information. We have also
designed an extremely thorough set of backup
